About Us

14 years experience filming weddings

The wedding day is a hugely emotionally impactful day but it goes by in the blink of an eye. The details and emotion of the day are slowly forgotten. With film you get the opportunity to relive the day and couples say that watching the day back on film is a much more emotional experience  than just looking at photos. Many couples make the mistake of not booking a videographer or leave it as an afterthought but our couples constantly tell us it turned out to be the best expense of the wedding budget and ultimately the video became  the overriding memory of the day.

Who We Are

I am a wedding videographer with a passion for storytelling. Film is the only way to capture the emotions and joy of the wedding day. There are so many memories that you will want to keep forever - friends, family, ceremony, speeches, confetti, music and dancing. We film in a discreet way, allowing you to enjoy the day.
My background is entirely in film - I don't just capture filmed photographs but tell the story of the day in a filmic way, using my skills as an editor to weave together the visuals and sounds to create a timeless film you will want to watch over and over again. Each of my films is individually crafted and I work with you to create the film you want.
As a wedding videographer I cover Warwickshire, West Midlands, Oxfordshire, Staffordshire, Northamptonshire and beyond. As well as filming weddings, I make documentaries and my work includes the BBC Birmingham Newcomer Award.

Questions & Answers

  • We are wedding videographers based in Warwickshire but we also film in the West Midlands, Oxfordshire, Shropshire, Worcestershire, Buckinghamshire, Herefordshire and beyond.

  • The style of our wedding videos is 'documentary'. Throughout the day, as videographers we try our best to be unnoticed and out of the way. Enough people will be telling you were to go and when to smile and pose - we avoid all of this. We want to capture genuine moments of you and you guests having a fantastic time but we are happy to spend time with the bride and groom creating some beautiful images away from your wedding party. These are still relaxed - we just let you and your partner interact somewhere pretty.

  • Quality is most important when capturing your wedding. To deliver a wedding video with a rich cinematic feel I always use a second videographer and this is included in our package price. We are passionate about the quality of our work and see this as essential. (Many companies will charge £400 extra for this but we include it in the package).

  • Usually we start filming a couple of hours before the ceremony and finish one hour after the First Dance but I can tailor to your requirements.

  • The equipment in wedding videography is not like that used in the days of traditional wedding videography. The cameras are nowadays light-weight, microphones are so small they can be hidden in a jacket lapel and for much of the day we can use a small glide-cam device which is very unobtrusive. We try to use natural lighting wherever possible but sometimes we might have to light the speeches. This is just a single light that is often placed in the corner of the room.

  • Your wedding day is the happiest day of your life. You are surrounded by family and friends and are completely taken care of all day by the wedding venue. Wedding day nerves soon disappear and you will soon be relaxed and this will come across clearly on camera.

  • I produce a Cinematic feature, capturing all the essentials of your day, in a file format that can be viewed on tv or computer and can be readily copied. You also receive a short Key Moment film. Ceremony, Speeches and First Dance are also included in full. I spend 120 hours on the editing to give you a film you will want to watch over and over. I want to create a film that is visually rich, interesting and constantly moving.

  • In the context of the wedding budget, videography is very good value for money. Film equipment costs are high - way beyond those of photographers and we dedicate many, many hours to editing the footage,   Editing alone usually takes three weeks, blending   together the images and sounds of the day and creating a unique and timeless  story of the day.   You are making an investment in something that will last a lifetime.    All products can be tailored to fit. budget

  • Please send me an e-mail or give me a call to check availability and then we can chat about the day. I require a deposit of £200.
